What to expect at Mind-Body Medical Center

The first visit begins with an extended consultation with Dr. Reisman in which past and present health concerns are evaluated so that a plan of health enhancement may be formulated. Patients truly value the amount of time and broad scope of discussions with Dr. Reisman, allowing different symptoms and issues to be brought together in one picture enabling a more effective and more balanced healing strategy.

Why we do not file insurance . . .

Insurance companies are now recognizing the necessity and positive results of alternative medicine. However, most companies limit the time and various procedures that Dr. Reisman finds necessary in treating each individual’s overall health. Therefore, our office does NOT file insurance claims or accept insurance company payments. We encourage you to contact your insurance company stating that you would like to file a claim for reimbursement for an out-of-network physician. Mind Body Medical Center will provide you with the diagnosis and procedure codes that are needed to file the claim. In addition, you will need to inquire with your insurance company as to any remaining coding necessary to complete the process. As certain coding varies between insurance companies, we are unable to provide you with this information. The following forms of payment are accepted at the time of service: cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
